ENGLAND Rugby World Cup hero Jonny Wilkinson was spotted browsing the produce at a farm shop on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare yesterday (Monday).

Wilkinson, 36, and his family came to Puxton Park, in Hewish, and had some lunch in the refurbished Meadows Tea Rooms and Restaurant.

He also spent some time talking to members of staff and looking around the local produce in the farm shop where he bought some fresh food and posed for a photograph.

The former Toulon star, famous for his dramatic World Cup-winning drop goal in 2003, is adjusting to life beyond the game after his recent retirement but will undoubtedly have been disappointed by England’s recent performances in the 2015 tournament.
