Events were held in Weston to mark World Mental Health Day.
Second Step also launched a new service on October 10 to help people.
The service will be available to those who are struggling with their mental health and need more support than a GP can offer.
It will also help patients discharged from a mental health hospital reaclimatise with society.
Service manager Hannah Young said: “We’re delighted to be marking World Mental Health Day in this special way. We’ve been working closely with people who have been using the service and our volunteers to make sure our new programme of activities fits their needs.”
To coincide with World Mental Health Day, and the new service’s launch, a wellbeing session was held at the museum and Friends Meeting House.
