Milton Methodist Church invited families in to enjoy activities based on a Bible story.

Youngsters made chocolate tree cakes, door hangers with their names on and collage pictures.

They also tried out a tree top target challenge and played Monopoly with their siblings and friends.

Families tucked into a party tea after the crafts and enjoyed stories and singing.

The Methodist church, in Milton Hill, runs regular messy church events to enable families to spend quality time together and enjoy crafts.

The church also hosts holiday clubs for youngsters, a children’s church, a parent and toddler group and a choir.
