YOUNGSTERS had a fun filled afternoon at a Somerset fete. East Brent Preschool held the event in the Methodist Church hall at the weekend, to raise funds for the group.
YOUNGSTERS had a fun filled afternoon at a Somerset fete.
East Brent Preschool held the event in the Methodist Church hall at the weekend, to raise funds for the group.
Organiser Janet Nurse said: "We had lots of people turn up and everyone had a really good afternoon. We were thrilled with how well it went. We want to thank everyone who supported the event especially the people at the church for letting us have the venue."
Stalls included cakes, toys and bric a brac, there was also face painting and Santa took time out of his busy schedule to say hello to children in the village.
Funds raised at the event on Saturday are still being counted, but proceeds will go to the preschool.
