THE final batch of tickets for Banksy’s Dismaland show at Weston’s Tropicana sold out in less than 10 minutes this morning (Saturday).

Demand for access to the exhibition – which has been described as putting Weston ‘at the centre of the contemporary art universe’ for the past six weeks – has been sky-high since it was unveiled last month.

But with time running out for those wishing to see it, today’s final tickets were snapped up in record time.

Tickets went on sale at 10am, and were gone within around seven minutes, despite scheduled Friday night headliners Massive Attack cancelling their performance due to ‘technical complications’.

However, there is one final chance to grab tickets for Dismaland’s last ever day on September 27.

The Mercury has four tickets to give away, complete with breakfast in the Tropicana’s café The Bay and Banksy T-shirts, in an exclusive competition.
