Firefighters put out blaze in West Wick

Firefighters tackled a blaze in West Wick in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday).

Two crews from Weston-super-Mare and Winscombe were called at 3am to reports of a woodchip fire in Wolvershill Road.

The firefighters from Avon Fire and Rescue used a high pressure hose reel to extinguish the fire.

It is believed to have been started deliberately.
