FUNDRAISERS for the Children’s Hospice South West and Weston’s Seaquarium staff used their bodies to spell out the word fire at the charity’s launch of its sponsored firewalk.

This is the second occasion which the children’s charity has held a firewalk on Weston beach and last year’s event raised £10,000.

The event will take place on October 9 at 7pm on the beach and the hospice is inviting more people to face their fears and take on the burning embers for a good cause.

There will also be a beach party with a barbecue and fire throwing displays.
