THE first residents have moved into a multi-million pound development in Weston.
The new home owners shifted their possessions into their new properties at Knightstone Island.
Around 12 homes still remain unsold at the development, with prices ranging from £170,000 for a one-bedroomed apartment.
The £25million site has received nearly £1.6million in grants from bodies including the Heritage Lottery Fund. The most expensive apartment on the site cost £410,000.
