Flying fans enjoyed an action-packed weekend at the Woodspring Wings Model Aeroplane Club’s annual show – which also featured a fly-past from the world-famous Red Arrows.

The two-day event took place on Saturday and Sunday in Claverham and was not hampered by challenging weather.

Show organiser Chris Armitage said: “We had a great weekend.

“High winds on Saturday didn’t stop us offering a full but modified flying display, with the Red Arrows adding their own magic, and Sunday was ideal weather.”
