A SOMERSET couple are due to be broadcast across the world wide web 24 hours a day.Parish and town councillor Chris Byrne and his partner Dennis Heymer, are having 15 webcams installed in their home and garden in Cross.The couple, who own Wavering Down House in Webbington Road, the home of the late comedian Frankie Howerd, will be shutting their doors to tours and charity events and opening up the house to virtual visitors.Viewers will also be able to see interviews with stars including Justin Lee Collins, Ian McKellen, June Whitfield and Richard Wilson, who have already been interviewed by Chris, ready for their internet launch.It would have been Frankie Howerd's 90th birthday this year and Chris and Dennis felt installing the webcams was the best way to enable fans from all over the world to enjoy his memory.Footage from the house will be on show on the comedian's new official website, which is being set up by Sacha Gale and is due to be launched in September.Sacha, aged 34, is a huge fan of the comedian and a good friend of Chris and Dennis, and is setting up the site to give people an inside look into Frankie Howerd's life and former home.Sacha said: "I'm a huge fan of Frankie Howerd. I just feel the treasures at the house don't get seen by many fans. We want the whole world to be able to experience Frankie Howerd's life."A new cider called Up The Apples is also being launched to celebrate the comedian's birthday.
