LIBRARIES in North Somerset are taking part in two national book projects next month.
National Bookstart Week sees free books given out to youngsters before they start school in an effort to get them reading.
Special story and rhyme times will be held by libraries from June 11-17 for pre-school children.
The Royal National Institute of Blind people (RNIB) will also be holding its Make a Noise in Libraries fortnight from June 11-24 to raise awareness of books available in formats for those with sight loss.
