Weston Hospicecare

Weston Hospicecare received a donation of £2,420 from the Freemasons' Grand Charity last week.

Stuart Hadler, provincial grand master of Somerset, Fred Body and John Cole, representatives of the Somerset Masonic Charities Committee, presented the cheque.

Gill Auden, chief executive of the hospice, said: “I am delighted to accept this cheque on behalf of Weston Hospicecare and would like to thank the Freemason’s Grand Charity once again for its generous support.

“This grant will help us continue to provide specialist care to the 1,300 local people affected by life-limiting illnesses who rely on us for their care and support.”
