SHOPPERS can start their gift shopping for Christmas at the town's craft fair and flea market on October 6. The sale is being held in the Town Hall from 9.30am-12.30pm. There will be plenty of bargains on offer and shoppers will also be able to catch up with friends over a coffee. To book a table call Lal Adamson on 01934 732221. All the money raised will go towards St John the Baptist Church.
