WITH the cricket season underway, the World Cup having kicked off and the Wimbledon strawberries almost ready to eat, a Weston leisure complex has tried to capture the nation’s sporting fever.

Hutton Moor Leisure Centre, run by Parkwood Leisure alongside North Somerset Council, allowed everyone in for free to have a go and try all its different facilities.

Tennis, badminton, aerobics and the swimming pool all proved popular
on Sunday with dozens of visitors
making the most of the opportunity.

There was also draws for a bunch of prizes offered by businesses and one lucky visitor won a free annual membership to the sports centre.
