Garage hit by fuel thefts

POLICE are appealing for information after a service station was hit by two separate thefts of fuel.

The Budgens garage, on the A38 bypass in Langford, suffered a combined loss of more than £100 after the thefts in July.

The first incident occurred at 7.12pm on July 17, when a woman drove away without paying for fuel worth £55.97.

This was followed by a second theft of £65.49 when a man did not pay for fuel at 9.05pm on July 24.

Anyone with information about either incident is asked to contact Crimestoppers immediately, quoting reference 78133/15 for the July 17 incident or reference 81603/15 for the July 24 incident.
