THEFT of ornaments from gardens in Locking has prompted the village's police officer to warn residents of green-fingered thieves operating in the area.

THEFT of ornaments from gardens in Locking has prompted the village's police officer to warn residents of green-fingered thieves operating in the area.

PC Adrian Woolacott is urging residents not to place valuable garden furniture at the front of their houses where they will attract the attention of passing thieves.
