BARE-chested women from Weston and Hutton streaked through the streets of Spain in a naked protest over bull fighting.Clerk Helen Brumby, of Banwell Road in Hutton, and Morrison's manager Claire Weedon, of Victoria Quadrant, ran topless through the streets of Pamplona, site of the world-famous San Fermin bull run.The former St Martin's Junior School students joined dozens of other semi-naked activists for the stunt on Wednesday, the day before the main San Fermin bull run.The animal rights activists, both aged 24, were hoping the feat would gain exposure from the world media.Vegetarian Helen, who has never been naked in public before, said: "The reason I'm doing it is because of the plight of the bulls."Hopefully it will bring attention to how cruel and barbaric bull fighting is and that there is a fun alternative."We would go completely naked, but the Pamplona mayor said we must cover our lower parts."The run attracts a lot of attention, almost as much as the bulls' run itself. The local traders even print T-shirts saying 'I've run with the nudes'."Speaking before she flew out to Spain on Monday, Helen said: "We are a bit nervous. I'm planning on drinking a few sangrias beforehand, but not too many because I don't want to end up spread-eagled on the pavement."My parents think it's a bit crazy, but they are very supportive. My friends think it's great and my employer, a will writing firm, is sponsoring me to go."I've been to the gym three times a week for three months trying to get rid of wobbly bits ahead of the run.
