FAME The Musical recently celebrated its 10th anniversary in the West End, marking a decade in which four million people have enjoyed the inspiring story of the kids from New York's School for the Performing Arts. This week, the Weston & Somerset Mercury has teamed up with the Bristol Hippodrome to offer two lucky readers the chance to win a pair of tickets each to see Fame The Musical on February 21 at 7.30 pm.The 2007 tour cast features Abigail Finley in the lead role of aspiring actress Serena Katz. Abigail was runner-up on the recent hit BBC1 show How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? Joining Abigail will be Hollie Robertson and Darrien Wright, winners of the 2006 season of Strictly Dance Fever.Released in 1980, Fame, the film, was an immediate box office smash around the world and was followed by a highly successful TV show that ran for six seasons, won numerous awards and was broadcast in over 70 countries. Fame will be staged at the Bristol Hippodrome from February 19-24.
