A dedicated fundraiser cycled from London to Paris in 18 hours in aid of Weston Hospicecare.
Graham Hunt cycled 58 miles to London, before catching a ferry to Dieppe and pedalling a further 125 miles to Paris.
Graham has committed to taking on a challenge each month for the rest of this year to thank the hospice for caring for his wife Victoria before she died.
More: Graham Hunt takes on year of challenges for hospice.
He said: "The ride was totally amazing and I was lucky enough to meet some incredible people. It was cold, I had a puncture and I fell over twice but it was the most amazing experience of my challenges so far."
So far, Graham completed 30 laps of swimming for 30 consecutive days in January, took on a 30-hour walk in February, rowed 30km for 30 days in March and sat in a bath full of slime for 30 hours in April.
Among other challenges he will also take part in a 30-hour football match, run 30 marathons in 30 successive days and on June 2 will tackle Weston Hospicecare's Mendip Challenge by running the 30-mile route.
