The West of England Travel Plan Awards, now in its seventh year, will be held at the Winter Gardens in Weston.
North Somerset Council chairman councillor David Shopland is to present defence contractors GKN Aerospace, which has offices in Weston, with a silver award for improving cycle parking and shower facilities.
Companies from across North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol City and South Gloucestershire will receive recognition for their efforts.
