Youngsters and leaders from the Mendip Division were treated to a spectacular fireworks display and a disco at the Oaktree Arena, and were linked by video-link to Chief Guide Liz Burnley and other parties across the UK.

The division, which includes the Axbridge and Highbridge district groups, raised a total of £1752 for the ‘Send a cow’ appeal, which is aiming to provide animals for communities in Africa.
