GUESTS donned kilts, musicians played the bagpipes and the cooks served up haggis as once again a Burns' Night celebration turned a small part of Congresbury Scottish.
Diners tucked into a hearty four-course meal including Scotch broth, haggis, neeps and tatties, as traditional Scottish whisky flowed too on Saturday night.
The cutting of the haggis was accompanied by Burns’ famous poem, Address To A Haggis, and then live music provided the after-dinner entertainment. DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House held the fundraiser in aid of the Guide Dogs Association, just as it did last year. A small number of trainee puppies were invited to the event and mingled with the diners.
