Hardy swimmers brave freezing sea

With temperatures touching -5, it’s little wonder most sensible people spent Christmas tucked away in the warm nibbling on turkey and chocolate.
But spare a thought for this hardy bunch, who braved the cold air - and even colder sea - to take the plunge at Weston’s Marine Lake.
The group of swimmers were raising money for the town’s branch of the RNLI - but rather them than us!
