An eight-year-old Worle boy is celebrating motocross success just two years after taking up the sport.

Harlow Green, who attends St Mark’s Primary School, joined the Severn Valley Schoolboy Motocross Club in 2016 when he began rapidly progressing through the ranks.

By the end of his first year of racing, Harlow was already competing with the top riders and entered the British Schoolboy Motorcycle Association’s national series in 2017.

He smashed his top 10 target, eventually ending up third overall.

Already ahead of his peers, Harlow will upgrade bikes early this year and is hoping for further success in 2018.

His mum, Charlene, said: “For the 2018 season Harlow is upgrading a year early to the 65cc geared bike class and is already training hard for the up and coming season ahead.”

Harlow is also South West England auto championship winner.
