Archant

AS THE days are getting shorter and most of us are dusting off the woolly hats and gloves, it can be tempting to just hunker down indoors at the weekend.

But one group of villagers decided to get together, despite the grey weather, and enjoy a morning of arts and crafts.

The Banwell harvest festival was held at the weekend and people of all ages flocked to the village hall to take part in some autumn-themed fun.

Parents and children enjoyed a Sunday of glitter, glue and paint as they made drawings of sunsets and fireworks displays.
