A FUN food pavilion will be one of the attractions for families during this year's Weston super Food Festival.
It is one of the many activities planned for the Mercury-supported event to be held in Weston on September 27-29.
Weston College is sponsoring the Food Is Fun Pavilion, and along with Priory School, will be running cookery demonstrations and workshops.
Graham Smith, the college’s training manager for hospitality and event management, said: “Weston College is delighted to support the food festival and to provide its thousands of visitors with a tiny taste of the quality of our hospitality and catering provision.
“As the visitors enjoy the many attractions at the festival, I am hoping a few future students may be among them, and the event provides an excellent opportunity for us to engage with them and to share our passion for food with the wider Weston community.”
The pavilion will also include food science from the British Science Association, face-painting, food-themed Lego workshops and craft activities.
