Thousands of visitors flocked to a Somerset healing weekend event to raise money for rescue animals.

The event, which took place at Secret World in East Huntspill, aimed to engage healing and togetherness.

Organiser Elaine Fenton said: “The event was without doubt our most successful event yet.”

Newly-appointed Secret World chief executive David Foulds said the weekend raised some much-needed funds for the charity, which works to rescue and rehabilitate up to 5,000 animals a year.
