The resource centre in Feniton off Clovelly Road, has made it through to the next stages of the National Lottery's People's Millions and could be up for a cash injection of £80,000.
The facility's workers and volunteers want to build a community room and cycle safety workshop at the rear of the building but they need more money to achieve their goal.
Thursday it will go head to head with other contenders on the ITV regional news at 6pm and viewers need to vote for the good cause.
