Help to make a wish come true

WESTON Hospicecare has launched a special Christmas appeal to help make its patients’ wishes come true.
The charity is asking its supporters to each donate £12, which would pay for patients’ pain relief over the festive period.
As well as sending in a donation, the organisation is also urging people to write a message to patients and staff on a paper chain link which will be displayed in the hospice.
Gill Blackshaw said: “Every day, I see our dedicated team of doctors, nurses and volunteers providing vital medication that keeps those with life-limiting illnesses a little more comfortable.
“At Christmas time, at the end of such a busy year, we need your support now more than ever.”
If you would like to donate to the special appeal ring Jennie Bishop on 01934 423928.
