A Highbridge man has raised more than £1,200 by taking part in a sponsored skydive.
Chris Skidmore raised money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of his father, Bob, who died two years ago following a heart attack.
Chris, manager of three 1610 leisure centres in Somerset, wanted to honour his father who had always been a great source of inspiration to him.
He said: “My dad played a huge part in my life, he was someone who I have always looked up to and strived to be like for so many different reasons.
“The skydive was an amazing adrenaline rush as well as a fantastic experience and it gave me a chance to be completely taken out of my comfort zone.
“But more importantly it allowed me to raise money in memory of a great man and for a great cause.”
