WESTON Hospicecare's Christmas Bazaar is being held at its Uphill base later this month.

The event takes place at Jackson-Barstow House on November 27 from 10.30am-1pm.

Visitors will have the chance to browse for Christmas goodies and meet Santa Claus as well as indulging in some scrumptious refreshments.

And they will also get to see the refurbished hospice building, which has undergone a major revamp after it was given a £500,000 grant from the Department for Health.

There are prizes to be won with a raffle and a tombola taking place, stalls for plants, books, toys and jewellery as well as an exclusive stall for the hospice itself.

Christmas cards, which feature 16 different designs, will also be sold at the bazaar and 65 per cent of each card sale will go directly to the hospice.

Entry is £1 for adults aged 16 or over and free for children.
