THE average house price in Clevedon is £181,095 - up 165 per cent on 10 years ago.The figures have been revealed in a new survey by Halifax which revealed it cost on average just £68,381 to buy a house in the seaside town in 1996. The report also reveals that over the past five years, prices have increased by 74 per cent in the south west region, with the average price of a property now £200,931.
