A major electrical failure has left more than 1,300 homes in Weston-super-Mare without power this afternoon (Monday).
Western Power is trying to fix the problem which is affecting homes in the BS22 8, BS23 2 and BS23 3 areas.
An estimated 1,317 are without power, according to the utility company.
It hopes that power will be fully restored by 4pm.
Homes in Clevedon have also been left without electricity today.
UPDATE (3.40pm): Western Power says the problem has now been resolved.
