In Bloom team to compete on national stage

Weston-super-Mare’s expert floral teams will compete in the In Bloom campaign’s Champion of Champions event this year, after the town earned gold awards in regional contests for four consecutive summers.

Chairman Richard Knowles told the Mercury: “We are delighted to be entering Britain In Bloom again this year and feel privileged to be a part of it.”

Judging for what the group describes as ‘an exciting year’ will take place on July 12.
