Yaser Maghsdudian (32), of George Street, Weston-super-Mare. Criminal damage: Sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £20 fine and £310 costs.
Jason Le-Feuvre (45), of Milton Road, Weston. Possession of class A drug: One day’s detention, ordered to pay £40 costs.
Mark Adams (41), of Walliscote Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Fined £160, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
Simon Willis (28), of Taunton Road, Worle. Drink-driving: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 24 months. Driving without an MoT certificate: No separate penalty.
Matthew Lord (48), of Milton Road, Weston. Racially-aggravated assault: Sent to prison for 18 weeks, ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Two counts of assault: 12 weeks in prison (concurrent). Racially-aggravated threatening behaviour: 12 weeks in prison (concurrent). Two counts of assaulting a police officer: Six weeks in prison (concurrent).
Nathan Jones (31), of Walliscote Road, Weston. Theft: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £70 compensation, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
Anthony Liddiard (31), of Churchill Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Ordered to pay £50 compensation. Breach of suspended sentence: Sent to prison for nine weeks. Two counts of theft: Four weeks in prison (consecutive) and ordered to pay £389 compensation.
Wayne Perry (47), of Abbey Gardens, Weston. Taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Driving without a licence: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
Curtis Robertson (22), of Esplanade, Burnham. Two counts of assault: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
Ashley Hicks (31), of Alfred Street, Weston. Two counts of sending a threatening message: Two-year community order with indefinite restraining order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Harassment: No separate penalty.
Adrian Marsland (23), of Edgecomb Avenue, Weston. Two counts of breaching a restraining order: 12 months in prison suspended for 18 months, ordered to obey a five-year restraining order, and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £300 costs and £115 victim surcharge. Breach of suspended sentence: No separate penalty.
Nicholas Sallis (44), of Locking Road, Weston. Two counts of sending a threatening message: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, two-year restraining order, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
