A Weston-super-Mare nursing home which was previously told by healthcare inspectors it needed to improve has made the necessary changes to secure a good rating.
Health watchdog the Care Quality Commission has rated Jasmine Court Nursing Home, in Park Place, as good in all areas.
The home can care for up to 24 older people and has some residents who have dementia.
Its most recent inspection report says changes have been made which means the home is caring, safe, effective, well-led and responsive.
The report says staff had appropriate training and adds: “People were supported by staff who were caring and knew people well.”
