Foodies tucked into cuisines from around the world to raise money for Weston Hospicecare.

The hospice put on an International Food Festival in Hutton and 12 different countries were represented through food and entertainment.

Guests tucked into dishes from the Philippines, Malaysia, China, India, Japan, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Spain, Sierra Leone, the UK, Indonesia and Greece and the event raised £1,000 for the hospice.

Event organiser Rachel Mansfield said: “A huge thanks to those who came to support us at the International Food Festival.

“The event was a success and it was great to see so many people tucking in and trying foods from around the world.

“A huge thanks to Proper Job for supporting the event by donating all of the plates, cups and cutlery. We hope to do this event again next year, so keep an eye out for when it will be on.”
