A VET surgery in Wrington will provide pet owners with information about how to keep their furry friends happy during bonfire night.
Golden Valley Vets, in Station Road, is keen to let owners know the best ways to limit the stress caused by the sound of fireworks.
Advice given includes getting pets used to the sound, which would have to be done over a period of months.
But, with the firework season close approaching, animal lovers are advised to make their pet's environment as comforting as possible.
A presentation will be held at Golden Valley Vet's surgery in Nailsea, in Nailsea Park tonight (Thurs), to also educate owners on other approaches including homeopathy and traditional medicine.
Spaces at the presentation are limited and admittance is by ticket only.
If you are unable to attend, Golden Valley Vets is happy to give out advice over the phone.
The Nailsea surgery can be contacted on 01275 852552.
