TEARAWAY teens are 'making people's lives a misery' in trouble hotspots around Weston and Worle.The Weston Mercury has been contacted by residents, traders and community groups plagued by anti-social youths out in the streets until the early hours committing mindless vandalism, drinking, drug-taking and 'laughing at the police'.Headteachers and police are appealing for parents to take more responsibility and find out what their children get up to after school.The latest figures released by North Somerset Council show 21 per cent of violent crime in the district is committed by 10-16-year-olds and mostly in the early evening.In the same week as Conservative leader David Cameron was criticised for his 'hug-a-hoodie' speech on understanding teenage troublemakers, the Mercury took a closer look at what some residents are putting up with on a daily basis.
