A man was robbed at knifepoint outside a bus stop in Weston-super-Mare.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary is appealing for witnesses following the robbery in Milton Road, outside Manor Court, at about 1am on Saturday.

The 22-year-old victim was approached by a man who threatened him with a knife.

The offender made off with a mobile phone and a small amount of cash.

He is described as being white, aged 25-35, about 5ft 10ins, slim and wearing a red hooded top and blue jeans.
