Labour party in Weston-super-Mare supports Corbyn

Members of Weston-super-Mare Constituency Labour Party have backed Jeremy Corbyn to remain as their party's leader.
A meeting for members to make their nomination for party leader was held at the Workingmen’s Club, in Orchard Street, on August 10.
A total of 53 members voted for Jeremy Corbyn while just 18 voted for Owen Smith.
Weston Labour spokesman Helen Thornton said: “Weston Labour Party currently has 670 members - this is a four fold increase since May 2015.
“Members will vote for the next Labour Leader between August 22 and September 21, with the result being announced at a special conference on September 24.
“Constituency Labour Parties throughout the UK are nominating their preferred candidates, but it will be individual members who decide. “
