An event due to take place in Weston-super-Mare at the weekend - which had sold 2,000 tickets - has been cancelled.
The Zoo Project was due to bring house music DJs to The Tropicana for a 10-hour show on Saturday and hundreds of people from across the South West were expected to flock to the town.
But on Tuesday, the event’s organisers cancelled the event posting on Facebook to say there were ‘unresolved issues’ with the venue.
A spokesman from North Somerset Council, which runs the Tropicana, said: “Unfortunately, we have been forced to stop the event.
“The organisers have not provided any of the documentation which we require, including emergency plans, risk assessments and fire plans.
“We extended the deadline, but still did not receive anything and so we were therefore forced to stop the event.”
In a post on Facebook, the event organisers said they were ‘disappointed’ and confirmed ticket-holders will be refunded.
A mini event is now set to take place in The Doghouse, in St Stephens Street, on Saturday. For more information, click here.
