Laura gains a distinction in second degree

A FORMER Weston student has gained a distinction in her master’s degree at Exeter University.

Laura Jackson, aged 24, of Stafford Road, attended Hans Price Academy before going on to complete a honours degree in English at Exeter University.

This was funded by a vice-chancellor’s scholarship and she also won a scholarship from the arts and humanities research council which she used to fund her master’s degree. Laura in now working in the media industry in Brighton.
