A CHARITABLE community group has helped a school kit out a new facility.

Worle Lions was contacted last year about the creation of a soft room for therapeutic and educational use at Milton Park Primary School in Weston.

It was hoped a toilet block could be transformed into a specialist room and the group agreed it would help with funding some equipment for the Milton Park Road building.

In March the room was completed and although the building company had donated some items, other pieces of equipment were still needed

The Lions agreed to fund bean bags, sponge footballs, a table tent and washable draught-excluders.
