Talented artists have been showcasing their finest creations at a church art exhibition.

Locking Castle Church hosted the free six-day event where dozens of paintings designed by people of all ages were on display.

The building’s foyer was packed with fascinated visitors wandering around the various exhibits.

A cheese, wine, music and art evening was also held featuring live music from Phoebe Williams, Salv Lomanto and Marvin Muoneke.

Some of the artists were also interviewed about the inspiration behind their pieces and the techniques they used.

Paintings and drawings included everything from seaside and countryside landscapes to portraits of people and animals.
