JUDGES picked from dozens of colourful entries from schoolchildren as a new logo for the Marine Cove gardens in Burnham was picked.

Churchfield School pupil Sam Morris won a competition to find a new logo for the garden with his frog and lily pad design, and was given a prize of £50.

Sam’s logo, which will now be printed on T shirts and used to market the garden, beat competition from pupils from Churchfield, Burnham Infants School, St Andrews Junior School and St Joseph’s Primary and Nursery School, with all the entries being shown at Burnham Library from August 5-13.
