A LORRY has crashed off the motorway in the snow this morning.

The Gregory vehicle has gone through the outside barrier on the M5 southbound, between Burnham and Weston.

It is currently hanging over the side of the motorway into the rhyne.

It is unknown whether the driver has been injured in the crash and no other vehicles seem to be damaged.

All First Bus services are suspended from Weston until at least 10.30am, with further updates expected around that time.
