A BRAVE 14-year-old who has battled against cancer for five years got to shake hands with royalty.Luci Jones who lives in Sophia Gardens, Worle, went to a special party at the new Wembley Stadium, which was hosted by Prince Harry. The Worle Community School pupil first discovered she had a rare cancer called Langerhan Cell Histiostysosis when she was nine and developed a lump in her throat. After intensive chemotherapy Luci went into remission for 18 months but she relapsed last year. Luci said: "I won an award so they invited me to meet Prince Harry. He asked how I was and about school and what GCSEs I was taking."He called me a slacker because I said I was taking drama. He took drama for GCSE too. He was good looking - better than William."Luci was handed the award last year by children's charity Wellchild after being nominated by her mum for being so brave throughout all her problems.
