A WESTON man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing counterfeit tobacco worth hundreds of pounds.

The 42-year-old was stopped on Thursday by police in Prospect Place in the town centre. The man’s van was searched by officers, who found what they believed to be counterfeit tobacco, worth hundreds of pounds.
