The Sea Dogs Festival will be held tomorrow (Saturday) to mark National Pet Month.

The event will promote responsible dog owning and the health benefits of pet ownership.

Take your pooch for a walk along South Esplanade, in Burnham-on-Sea from 10am to 3pm.

Organiser Sarah Milner Simonds said: “Burnham is a great place to own a dog and the beach, when used responsibly, is a fantastic place to exercise your pet.

“We are pleased to welcome dog owners and dog lovers for our second festival.

“There will be a fun dog show, demonstrations from agility teams and stalls.”
